With IDS, you can now order online to collect your order from your local stockist in just a few simple steps.
When you're ready to checkout, select the "Store Pickup" option. This will let us know that you'd like to pick up your order in person. Then select you local store from the drop down or map view.
Once your order is processed and ready for collection, we’ll send you a notification to let you know it's ready to be picked up.
We understand that time is of the essence, which is why we aim to have orders ready for collection within 72 hours. That means you can skip the wait and get your hands on your items sooner rather than later.
Not only is collecting your order a convenient option, but it also gives you the opportunity to see our friendly team in person and ask any questions you may have about your purchase. Plus, you can rest easy knowing that your items are in safe hands until you're ready to come and pick them up.
