Are you unsatisfied with your order from IDS? Don't worry, we've got you covered with our hassle-free returns policy. Whether you no longer need the items or they arrived damaged or incorrect, we're here to make it right for you.


As a consumer, you have statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims for losses caused by our negligence. This Returns Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these rights.


For those customers with an account, faulty or damaged goods can be returned as per the Conditions of Sale. Non-faulty goods must be returned within three days, with proof of purchase, and may incur a restocking fee. Goods must be in resalable condition. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.

If your order does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within 30 days. Simply ensure that the items are in new condition and still in their original packaging. Please note that a percentage restocking fee may apply based on the contents of your order, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
